These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and our services as an authorized General Sales & Services Agent ("GSSA") of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. ("TPC"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We are a duly authorized General Sales & Services Agent of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., the state enterprise administering the Thailand Privilege Visa program under the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Our services are limited to facilitating Thailand Privilege applications and providing ongoing member support.
We are not a law firm, immigration attorney, or financial advisor. Information on this website should not be construed as legal, tax, or financial advice.
As a GSSA, our services include:
Our services do not include: legal representation, tax planning, property advice, work permit procurement, or services outside the Thailand Privilege program.
Our advisory services come at no additional cost to you — we are compensated directly by Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. as an authorized GSSA.
The Thailand Privilege membership fee is paid directly to TPC (not to us) after official approval of your application. Fees are non-refundable once paid to TPC. TPC's current published rates and terms always supersede any figures quoted on this website.
We prepare and submit your Thailand Privilege application to TPC with your explicit consent. However:
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all application materials. Misrepresentation or fraud in application submissions may result in immediate rejection, membership cancellation by TPC, or legal consequences. We rely on the information you provide and cannot be held liable for consequences arising from inaccurate applicant-supplied data.
Information on this website (including pricing, program features, and benefits) is provided for general informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information current, programs can change. Always confirm specifics with your advisor before making decisions. Official TPC terms prevail over any website content.
