The complete Thailand Privilege (formerly Thailand Elite) application process, transparently mapped out — with the same timelines and payment details we share directly with every applicant.

1

Initial Consultation

Speak with Pat (EN/TH) by phone, email, WhatsApp, or LINE. We review your situation, travel plans, family, and budget — then recommend the tier that delivers the best value and tell you exactly which documents to prepare.

What you'll receive: Written tier recommendation, pricing summary, estimated timeline, and a complete document checklist.

Same Day

Document Submission

Submit soft copies by replying all to our email. Core documents: passport bio page (both top and bottom, more than 1 year validity, more than 3 blank pages), a high-resolution white-background photo, the completed application form with handwritten signature matching your passport, and the signed PDPA form (signature on page 8). Processing begins only after every document is received.

Applicants already in Thailand additionally submit their latest arrival stamp, TM30, TM6 (if any), and current/past visa stamps. Family applicants add proof of relationship (marriage, birth, or adoption certificate — notarized English translation if not in English).

4–8 Weeks

Background Check & Approval

Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. forwards your passport copy to the Thai government for a criminal and watch-list check across five organizations. Once the check is complete, an approval letter is issued along with payment instructions. No action is required from you during this phase.

The five checking bodies: (1) Immigration Bureau, (2) Department of Consular Affairs, (3) Foreign Affairs Division of the Royal Thai Police, (4) Central Investigation Bureau, and (5) Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO). Applicants who do not pass receive an explanation instead of an approval letter and pay nothing.

1–5 Business Days

Payment & Confirmation

Pay the membership fee directly to Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (not to us). Four methods are accepted. Send the proof of payment to finalize — approval time depends on the method you choose.

1. Direct deposit (Thai THB account) — 1–2 business days
2. International wire transfer — ~5 business days · request MT103 from your bank for faster clearance
3. Local Thai bank transfer — 1–2 business days
4. Credit card (Visa / Mastercard via the TPC E-payment portal) — 2–3 business days

~5 Business Days

Registration & Welcome Letter

Once payment is confirmed, the Thailand Privilege team completes your membership registration. You receive a welcome letter containing your membership ID, full benefits summary, instructions for booking services, and the steps to obtain your Privilege visa.

Your membership is now active. Visa affixation is the final step — it can be scheduled at your convenience inside Thailand or on your next arrival by air.

Booked More Than 7 Days Ahead

Visa Affixation

Your Privilege Entry visa is affixed either while you are in Thailand (at the Chaengwattana Immigration Office in Bangkok, in person) or upon international arrival at Suvarnabhumi or Phuket airport. All affixation appointments are booked through the Thailand Privilege Member Contact Center at least seven days in advance, subject to EPL staff availability.

At Chaengwattana (Bangkok): Your Elite Personal Liaison (EPL) escorts you through the process. The first EPL service is complimentary; subsequent sessions are THB 3,000 per service (or 2 Privilege Points for redemption-point-type memberships).

At Suvarnabhumi / Phuket airport: Your Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) meets you at the arrival gate, guides you through formalities, and has your passport stamped at the Immigration lane.

Your visa validity equals your membership validity; the first issued visa period is limited to your passport's remaining validity.
